Track It Easy App - Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how RED SWASTIK SOFTWARE (“Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, protects, and discloses information about you when you use our mobile application, Track It Easy (the “App”), on Android and iOS devices. Before using the App, you are required to acquaint yourself with the Terms of Use (Terms) and this Privacy Policy regulating the collection, processing and use of your personal data. The links to the Terms and this Privacy Policy are provided during the sign up or registration process of the App. You agree to provide the Provider always only truthful, accurate and current personal data and keep it up to date. We are committed to providing you with control over your data and protecting your privacy.
1. Information We Collect #
We collect information necessary to provide and improve the App’s service.
1.1. Information You Provide Directly #
- Account Data: When you register, you provide your first name, last name, occupation, subscription details, email address and a password (stored securely using industry-standard hashing/encryption).
- User-Generated Data: This includes any data, content, or information you create, input, or generate while using the App (e.g., notes, numerical data, photos, settings, etc.). This data is stored securely in Database.
1.2. Information Collected Automatically #
- Usage Data: We may collect non-personal, aggregated data about how the App is accessed and used (e.g., features used, duration of sessions) to help us diagnose issues and improve performance.
- Device Information: We collect basic device data (e.g., OS version, device type, locale) for compatibility and debugging.
- Secure Local Preferences: We may store certain non-sensitive user preferences (e.g., theme settings, last active screen) in secure local storage on your mobile device. This data is not transmitted to our servers.
1.3. Information Related to Purchases #
When you make an In-App Purchase (IAP) or subscribe to a plan, the payment transaction is handled directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your full payment information (such as credit card numbers). We only receive notification of a successful transaction, the subscription ID, and the purchase amount for account management.
2. How We Use Your Information #
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To Provide the Service: To manage your account, authenticate you, and allow you to access and store your User-Generated Data in Database.
- Customer Support: To respond to your requests, questions, and feedback.
- Service Improvement: To analyze usage trends and improve the App’s functionality and user experience.
- Local Notifications: To send you local, on-device notifications based on your preferences or activity within the App. This does not involve sharing data with third-party servers.
- NO ADVERTISEMENTS: We do not display advertisements in the App and therefore do not collect or use any data for targeted advertising, ad tracking, or profiling for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage, Security, and Global Transfer #
3.1. Data Storage: #
Your User-Generated Data is stored securely in the database. This means your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of your own, including the United States.
3.2. Security: #
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including secure authentication (hashing passwords) and secure transport protocols (SSL/TLS) for data transmission to Database.
3.3. Local Storage: #
User preferences stored locally are kept in a secure, encrypted area on your mobile device (such as iOS Keychain or Android Keystore equivalent).
4. User Rights and Data Control #
We fully respect your control over your personal data:
- Right to Access/Portability: You can request access to or a copy of your personal data we hold.
- Right to Rectification: You can update or correct your account information and User Data at any time within the App.
- Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten):
- Data Deletion: You can delete any User-Generated Data at any time within the App interface.
- Account Deletion: You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal. This option is accessible directly within the App settings. Once confirmed, this action is irreversible.
- GDPR and CCPA/CPRA: For users globally, including those in the European Economic Area (EEA) and California, we are committed to upholding your rights under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA principles, particularly regarding transparency, data minimization, and the rights listed above.
5. Data Disclosure and Sharing #
We do not sell your personal data. We only share data in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: We use third-party service providers to assist us in operating the App. These providers are obligated to protect your information and only use it for the purposes we define.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend our rights or property, or protect the safety of users.
- Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
6. Children’s Privacy #
The App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
7. Communication #
You acknowledge that the Provider may use your email address and its details it has obtained during the course of registration or sign-up process to send you important communications regarding your user account as well as direct marketing communications regarding the Track It Easy App. Your email may be used by the provider for direct marketing until you opt out. You can opt-out any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in the respective email or by another action described therein.
8. Changes to this Policy #
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Policy on this page and updating the “Effective Date” at the top. You are advised to review this Policy periodically for any changes.
